Finesco International has a well established HR Division. The division provide specialized personnel to most of the Oil Sector Companies, namely, Kuwait National Petroleum Company and Kuwait Oil Company.

Since 1992, The division has been providing specialized categories of personnel to KNPC for all three Refineries and for Local marketing Department. These specialized categories include highly skilled Engineers, Field Operators, Supervisors, Technical Assistants, Coordinators and so on.

The division also secured a contract with Kuwait Oil Company to provide personnel for their Inventory Services. A team of well experienced staff ensures that the clients are provided with right candidate as per their requirement within the short span of time.

Since establishment before (30) years, Finesco International Co. succeed to achieve a privileged position as one of the largest contracting company in Kuwait providing service to private and public sectors to including Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and refinery Maintenance in addition to Specialties Materials Works. Recently, Finesco has expand the range of activities to include work shop fabrication for mechanical and other for electrical works.
